Ophthalmologist Founder and CEOOphthalmologist with 18 years of Experience in Eye Care Services . He is an innovative strategic thinker, whose ideas have brought in Eye Care within the reach of common people. Prior to Welcare Dr.Senthil has extensive experience in running Eye Hospitals and Charitable Eye Care Foundation. He is frequently invited to present at many Indian and International conferences including at Yale and Duke University in USA. He was honored with the Humanitarian Volunteer of the Year award at a healthcare convention held at Stanford University in 2007. In 2014, he was honored with a Gold Medal for his outstanding service in Ophthalmology by the Tamil Nadu Governor, Shri K. Rosiah.
